There are many different techniques to measure the financial attractiveness of any large New Product Introduction project. Return On Investment modeling is arguably the most popular metric when you need to make a "go, no go" investment decision on a proposed NPI program.

One of the best NPI processes is International TechneGroup Incorporated's Concurrent Product and Manufacturing Process Development program.
